CONVERTING UNIT : The Tissue paper is Converted into three fold covering for fluffy pulp which is another unique factor of the Product.

HOT MELT UNIT : The unique Three layer hot melt which stick to the back of the panty leaving no chance of stain on it.

SEALING UNIT : Is another unique factor which automatically seals and cuts into pieces without touch of any human hand to maintain the hygiene conditior of the product.The machine is fully automatic and computerized. The finished products are totally untouched by human hands .Only at the user level will any human touch be involved. Albeit this is heighly sophisticated machine, according to the company source, the machine is very user friendly with least maintenance requirements.

The raw material is being totally imported as used in for Manufacturing sanitary napkins from Sweden, Italy, Finland and France. Thus the quality standard will be an automatic add on over the other products being manufactured in India with the help of cottage industries.
